Terraces start to take shape in the cliff top at Sainte Adresse
With clouds clearing over the city, walking the site at Sainte Adresse afforded us a chance to indulge in a little landmark spotting as we took in the incredible views over Cardiff Bay.
Accessed via a gently sloping drive that will bring residents and visitors into a secluded enclave, a key feature of the architectural vision of Sainte Adresse is already apparent in the foundation groundworks and construction progress on the lower terraces. The tiered design, arranging the apartment structures to adapt to the gradient of Penarth headland, is what will offer each apartment its own vista.

Below Images: A section of “La Falaise” – which will comprise three, two bedroom apartments, currently shrouded in scaffold, but will enjoy dual aspect over the bay and the channel. The foundation slab of the lower terrace and ground clearance for the upper terrace, “La Pointe”.
